Yan Klyachman

Yan Klyachman has worked in the technology industry since 1991. Yan began their career as a Software Developer at Polychrome Corporation, followed by a Senior Systems Analyst role at Robert D. O'Byrne and Associates, Inc. In 1997, they moved to John Hancock Financial Services as a Senior Network Architect, responsible for managing major voice and data infrastructure projects. In 2000, Klyachman joined Aztec Technology Partners as Practice Manager of the Internet Infrastructure and E-commerce Technologies practice. Yan then moved to Select/StrategIT as Practice Manager and Principle Consultant of Strategic IT Planning. From 2007 to 2014, Klyachman was President and Principal Consultant of Magnus.net, a boutique Information Technology consulting firm. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Staff DevOps Engineer at Intuit, responsible for automation and reliability engineering for Intuit's Small Business Group division. Since 2021, Klyachman has been Chief Information Security Officer at InsurePay, a Insuretech billing and payments provider.

Yan Klyachman obtained their MS in Computer Science from the Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation (Technical University) between 1984 and 1989. Yan then attended the University of Kansas from 1993 to 1995, where they were enrolled in the Masters Program in Telecommunications. Additionally, they hold a CCNA certification from Cisco.
