Tobias Taupitz

Tobias Taupitz is the CEO and Co-founder of Laka, starting in January 2017, where the focus is on providing cycling enthusiasts a partner that enhances their biking experience. In addition, Tobias serves as a Council Member on the Advisory Panel for InsurTech UK, which supports InsurTech startups in the UK, also contributing to the InsurTech 2017 Cohort at Startupbootcamp. Earlier roles include a Fellowship at Anthemis Group and an Associate position at Barclays within the Financial Institutions Group M&A, concentrating on Insurance and FinTech. Previous experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager in Transaction Services at KPMG and internships at Golding Capital Partners and AXA Global Headquarters. Tobias holds two Master's degrees in International Management from University College Dublin and the National University of Singapore, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Insurance and Actuarial Sciences from Cologne University of Applied Sciences.
