Tiffany Markham

Tiffany Markham has over 13 years of experience in the insurance industry. Tiffany began their career in 2007 as an Assistant Account Manager at Partners Transportation Insurance, where they were responsible for quoting, binding, and issuing insurance policies for new and existing agents while providing prompt customer service. Tiffany also managed a $10 million insurance program book of business that consisted of researching and analyzing motor carrier and transportation risks throughout the U.S. In 2010, Tiffany moved to Diversified Insurance Services as an Account Manager, where they quoted and bound renewal policies for small to midsize commercial accounts primarily for construction contractors. Tiffany was then hired as an Account Manager at TAB Insurance in 2012, where they managed small commercial house accounts below $10,000 in premium. In 2014, Tiffany joined Gate Insurance / PUM as a Senior Underwriter and Operations, where they evaluated middle market and surplus/excess lines of business applying for insurance by identifying, selecting and assessing risks; determining the premium, policy terms and conditions; obtaining approvals; creating/ presenting the proposal to the agent/broker and successfully negotiating deals. Tiffany also managed a book of business by analyzing the portfolio, identifying areas of opportunity for improved growth, profit and diversification, and executing marketing plans to increase market share with preferred brokers. In 2017, Tiffany became a Sales Director at Insuserve - Insurance Back Office Services, where they managed Sales & Back Office operations and consulted high-profile accounts with complexities that require consulting with multiple C-suite contacts, in-depth business evaluations, and discussing technical solutions.
