Shubashini Karunakaran

Shubashini Karunakaran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HRIS, data management, and virtual training. Currently serving as a Virtual Classroom Producer at InSync Training, Shubashini ensures efficient and engaging virtual training sessions. Previously, as a Senior Associate HRIS at The Palladium Group, Shubashini led global HRIS system enhancements and process improvements. A strong background in HR data management is also evident from roles at Jumeirah Group and various IT-related positions at IBM, Hewlett Packard, and Melaka Manipal Medical College. Shubashini holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and an Associate’s degree in Certified Training Professional from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
