Heather Warfel

Heather Baumgardner has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as an Operations Underwriting Associate at Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions since April 2017 and previously as a Senior Underwriting Assistant. Baumgardner also holds the role of Senior Sales Consultant at Lemongrass Spa Products, LLC since November 2014 and briefly worked as an Insurance Agent at Brogan Insurance Agency Inc in early 2017. Prior experience includes serving as a Commercial Lines Service and Technical Account Manager at Rutherfoord, where responsibilities involved managing service and risk management needs for various clients. Baumgardner's career started at Allstate, where various roles, including Subrogation Claims Adjuster, were held from June 1988 to January 2003. Educationally, Baumgardner earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Human Resource Management from Mary Baldwin University in 1998.
