Dan Coghlan

Dan Coghlan, CTP, is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Manager of National Learning and Development Strategy and Learning Experience Design at Intact since September 2020, Dan focuses on creating impactful learning experiences. Previous experience at STAPLES Canada includes positions such as Sr. Manager of Learning and Organizational Development, where Dan led various training initiatives and supervised L&D teams. Early career roles ranged from Category Specialist to Sales Associate, contributing to a diverse skill set. Dan holds a Certificate in Adult & Continuing Education from St. Francis Xavier University and a Honours B.Sc. in Anthropology/Archaeology from Trent University.
