David Quispe

David Quispe is a Research Associate at the Technical University of Munich since January 2025, with extensive experience in data science and analytics across various academic and industry roles. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at Intact, David conducts applied research on Generative AI in the financial sector and develops machine learning models utilizing telematics data at the Usage-Based Insurance team. In academia, David holds positions as a Professor at Seneca Polytechnic and has served as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Toronto and Carleton University, teaching programming and data visualization. With a strong background in data-driven decision-making and digital transformation, David has also worked at Siemens Gamesa and participated in industry-focused initiatives such as Entrepreneur First. David holds a Master of Applied Science in Data Science and Machine Learning, a Project Management degree, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electronics and Control Engineering from the University of Toronto and Escuela Politécnica Nacional, respectively.
