Karen Mican

Karen Mican has extensive experience in the insurance industry, holding various senior leadership positions across several prominent companies. Most recently, Karen served as Deputy Senior Vice President Claims for the Ontario Region at Intact from June 2021 to November 2021 and previously held the position of National Vice President Casualty Claims and Co-Lead for RSA Claims Integration at RSA Canada from January 2017 to June 2021. At RSA Canada, Karen was also the Senior Vice President and Chief Claims Officer, accountable for the Canadian Claims organization. Prior to that, Karen served as Vice President for multiple divisions at Aviva Canada from January 2013 to January 2017 and held executive roles at State Farm Insurance from January 2006 to January 2011. Karen holds an HBA from the University of Toronto and a CIP designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada.
