Ralph El-Boustani

Ralph El-Boustani is a Senior Product Owner at Intact since October 2024, with a diverse background in software engineering and product management. Previously, Ralph held multiple roles at CareSimple from January 2013 to November 2024, including DevOps Lead, Product Owner, and Cloud Software Engineer, alongside experience as a Mobile Software Engineer. Ralph also worked at Groupe Jean Coutu as a Pharmacy Technician from May 2007 to November 2024 and gained valuable experience through internships focused on Healthcare IoT integration and mHealth at Tactio Health Group from May 2010 to August 2012. Ralph holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, a Professional Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum.org, and a Certificate in Business Administration and Management from HEC Montréal.
