Ryan Penton

Ryan Penton, CFA CID, possesses extensive experience in investor relations, corporate development, and equity research within the financial services and insurance sectors. Notably, Ryan served as Director of Investor Relations at Intact, where leadership resulted in the team receiving the "Best IR During a Corporation Transaction" award for the $5.1 billion acquisition of RSA's operations. As CFO and Executive Director of Intact Insurance Ireland, Ryan directed corporate M&A functions, managing significant acquisition projects, including a concurrent sale and acquisition valued at over £600 million in 2023. Prior roles include Senior Investment Services Specialist at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, Equity Research Associate positions at BMO Capital Markets and Scotiabank, and a Senior Associate role at BMO Global Asset Management, with a strong focus on analysis and portfolio management.
