Theresia Intag has a wide range of work experience in various roles and industries. Theresia is the CEO/Founder of Intag Consulting, LLC, where they developed an innovative HR/Recruiting model to support growing organizations. Theresia has also worked as a Recruiting Manager at SpareFoot, a software consulting firm in Austin, Texas. Additionally, they have experience as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Double Line Partners and as the Talent Acquisition and HR Manager for the Austin office at Telogis, Software for fleet management.

Theresia has also worked as a Senior Talent Detective (Sr. Recruiter) at Bazaarvoice, where they helped top brands utilize social data to drive consumer-centric change. Theresia has served as a Professional Trainer at Conrad Consulting / National Retail Federation Foundation, training workforce leaders and college professors on portable job skills. Theresia has also worked as a Human Resource and Recruiting Consultant at Bridgepoint Consulting, LLC, assisting clients with HR systems and talent acquisition strategies.

Theresia started their career as the Executive Director of the Texas Retailers Education Foundation, where they were responsible for budget, operations, staff, and program development. Theresia grew the foundation from an initial seed funding of 40K to over 650K. Overall, Theresia Intag has a strong background in HR, recruiting, and workforce development.

Theresia Intag completed course work in Environmental Policy and Law from the University of California, Berkeley, from 1991 to 1993.
