Prior to these roles, Carla spent nearly two decades at McKinsey & Company, progressing from Associate to Partner and Vice President. Carla Arellano possesses a strong background in finance and is driven by a passion for data-driven decision-making, focusing on talent management and organizational health. Carla holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
