Stanley Wu is a Support Engineer at Lilt since November 2021, with prior experience as a Software Engineer on various personal projects, including developing a solar-lunar calendar that facilitates user interaction through date conversions. In the project Little Johns, Stanley optimized database performance by comparing MongoDB and PostgreSQL, enhancing query speeds significantly and implementing a Redis cache for improved throughput. Additionally, Stanley architected a search feature and designed a dynamic calendar for Das Haustelles, integrating services with AWS for optimal performance. Before transitioning to tech, Stanley worked as a Flight Attendant at SkyWest Airlines, where effective communication and teamwork were key aspects of the role. Stanley holds a Bachelor's degree from California State University - East Bay and is currently enrolled at Hack Reactor.
