Victoria Aderoba

Victoria Aderoba is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Intarel Resources Limited and Human Resources Lead at Fortress Care Limited, Victoria also holds multiple board positions including Chairman of the Board for Victoria A's Foundation and Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Feed Me FoodBank Initiative. Additionally, Victoria engages in civic leadership as a fellow at The Presidential Precinct and as a Mandela Washington Fellow. With a strong educational background that includes a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and an MBA, Victoria has demonstrated expertise in business strategy, empowerment, and community service through various initiatives, including founding VG Couture.
