Mayur Patel

Mayur Patel is an accomplished Information Technology Executive with extensive experience in IT support and infrastructure management. Currently leading the IT Helpdesk team at Intas Pharmaceuticals since September 2021, Mayur provides comprehensive support to over 1500 desktops and 200 laptops while managing IT assets and maintaining critical servers such as Active Directory and DNS. Prior roles include providing technical support at Troikaa Pharmaceuticals Ltd. for over 400 users and serving as an Associate Analyst at Tech Mahindra, where problem resolution and customer service were key responsibilities. Mayur began the career with positions at Macropack Solutions and Tata Consultancy Services, contributing to the setup and maintenance of IT systems and support for over 500 users. Mayur holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Gujarat Technological University.
