Parag Vangikar

Parag Vangikar is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in payroll management, compliance, and HR operations across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Executive at Intas Pharmaceuticals since August 2022, Parag oversees plant payroll, compliance, and the induction process for new employees. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Manager at Sodexo and Dusters Total Solution Services Private Limited, focusing on HR compliance and grievance handling. Previous positions also include Associate HR at Mawarid Finance in UAE and various HR roles at ISS Integrated Facility Services, Accord Synergy, Tech Mahindra, and KOCHAR InformatICS, accumulating over a decade of experience in HR management.
