Sankar Sen

Sankar Sen has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Intas Pharmaceuticals since April 2008, with a focus on the Cardiometabolic Business in India and Nepal. Prior to this role, Sankar was elevated to Senior VP for Marketing and Sales of the Cardiometabolic Strategic Business Unit, and previously held various positions within Intas, including Vice President of Marketing. Before returning to Intas, Sankar was with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, driving business in Antidiabetic and Cardiovascular segments, and earlier experience includes a tenure at Stadmed Private Limited, where Sankar rose from Marketing Executive to Marketing Manager. Sankar holds an MBA in Marketing from IISWBM and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Jadavpur University.
