Dakshayini Naik

Dakshayini Naik is currently serving as the Corporate Head HR at INTECH Additive Solutions since January 2022. Prior to this role, Dakshayini worked as a Senior Executive at NIDEC from January 2014 to April 2022, and as a Human Resources Executive at EMERSON INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION ELECTRIC POWER GENERATION PRIVATE LIMITED from July 2012 to January 2014. Dakshayini holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Karnataka State Open University, Mysore, completed between 2012-2014.
