Terence Tang

Terence Tang has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Terence is currently the Vice President of Strategy at Intech Hawaii since October 2021. Prior to this, Terence worked as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at CHIPS Technology Group Inc. from April 2018 to October 2021. Terence also served as the Director of Sales - New York at All Covered from May 2016 to April 2018. Terence was the Chief Marketing Officer at Leveldesk from January 2015 to May 2016. Terence held the position of Vice President of Sales at Valiant Technology from May 2014 to January 2015. Terence worked as the Managing Director - New York at Rocket Science Consulting from October 2013 to May 2014. Terence was also the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Precision IT Group from July 2010 to October 2013. Terence started their career at The Lloyd Group as a Partner in July 2000 and worked there until June 2010. Throughout their career, Terence has gained expertise in various areas of technology and has held leadership positions in sales, marketing, and strategy.

Terence Tang attended Baruch College from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) degree in Computer Information Systems. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2001, they obtained the A+ certification from CompTIA, followed by the Network+ certification in 2002. In the same year, they also received the 3COM NBX certification from 3Com. In 2003, Terence acquired the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Windows Server 2003 (MCSE) certification from Microsoft. Terence continued to expand their expertise by earning the Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) certification in 2004. In 2006, they obtained the ITIL Foundations certification from ITIL Official Publisher. Terence continued to acquire certifications in the following years, including the Fortinet Network Security Expert certification from Fortinet in 2007. More recently, they obtained various certifications from Microsoft, such as the MC-100: Exam Windows 10, MS-101: Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security, MS-100: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services, MD-101: Managing Modern Desktops, and MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals in 2019 and 2020. Their most recent certifications include the Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate and Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, both acquired in 2020. Finally, Terence obtained the CMMC Registered Practitioner certification from The Cyber AB in November 2021.
