Brent Molen

Brent Molen has a diverse work experience with a focus on engineering and management. Brent is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at InTech Together, Inc. where they are responsible for simplifying complex IT solutions for a dental support organization. Brent also oversees the building and maintenance of technologically advanced dental offices and provides IT support for over 260 locations. Prior to this role, Brent was the CEO and co-founder of Kidcredible, an app that helps families find and rate kid-friendly locations.

Brent has also worked at Lockheed Martin as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Engineer, where they provided daily support for production workers on the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program. Brent excelled in their role and was recognized as one of the top 20% of engineers in the program. Brent led efforts to reduce rework hours and hardware interaction issues, resulting in significant improvements. Brent is also Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certified and proficient in using Catia software for design and 3D printing.

Before joining Lockheed Martin, Brent gained experience as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at MityLite and as a Yard Lead Man at MetalMart. Brent also worked as a Manufacturing/Logistics Intern at Branson Ultrasonics, where they improved the process time for new item applications. Brent began their career as a Sales Representative at APX Alarm and served as a Volunteer Representative for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Brent also worked as a Machine Operator at Synthes.

Brent Molen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Brigham Young University. Brent obtained this degree but it is unclear when they started or finished their studies at the university. In 2013, they obtained a certification as a Certified Manufacturing Technologist from Brigham Young University. Following that, in August 2015, they earned a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Lockheed Martin. In October 2015, they obtained the Shainin Red X Apprentice certification from Shainin LLC. In 2015, they started pursuing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations at The University of Texas at Arlington. Brent completed their studies in 2017.
