Parita Shah, CRCM

Parita Shah, CRCM has a long and varied work experience. In 2013, they began their career as a Team Lead at La Chatelaine, where they assisted customers in selecting and purchasing French pastries and cuisine. Parita then worked as an Internal Auditor at Sun Home Health Care Inc., a Property Manager at Shri, Inc., and a Customer Service Representative for Avant, Inc. at LaSalle Network. In 2014, they joined Avant as Head of Business Unit Compliance Office and Senior Compliance Analyst. In 2018, they began working as an Artist at ParitaJMShah Studio, a Contributing Artist at Hoofprint Workshop, and a Resident Artist and Long Term Volunteer at Auroville Papers. Finally, in 2019, they became Operational Risk Manager at OppFi, and in 2022, they will become Compliance Manager at Integra Credit.

Parita Shah obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Fine/Studio Arts, General from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago between 2009 and 2012. In June 2021, they obtained a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) from the American Bankers Association.
