Eva Siburian

Eva Siburian, M.Psi., Psikolog, currently serves as the HRBP and Development & Project Division Head at INTEGRA GROUP since February 2024. Previously, Eva held various senior roles at Puninar Logistics from March 2016 to January 2024, including Corp. Human Capital Management Division Head and HC Development Manager, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end talent management and recruitment strategies that supported the Puninar Group subsidiaries. With extensive experience in recruitment, assessment, and people development, Eva has led initiatives such as multiple Management Trainee programs, developed online psychometric testing tools, and improved recruitment processes across organizations. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Psychology from Universitas Tarumanagara and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Diponegoro University.
