Jessica Smith is the corporate vice president for global regulatory affairs at Integra LifeSciences.

Prior to joining Integra, Ms. Smith served as vice president, regulatory affairs at Hillrom, where she was responsible for overseeing and ensuring execution of global regulatory strategies and activities to support the company’s business objectives. She served on Hillrom’s executive leadership team. Prior to this position, Ms. Smith led the regulatory affairs function and held vice president positions for several business units of Becton Dickinson, including the Interventional segment, the Medication Management Solutions business, the legacy Bard Access Systems division and Vascular Access Devices business unit. In these roles, she served on the senior leadership team and had regulatory responsibilities for a broad range of product families and classifications. Ms. Smith also served as an elected leader of the Bard Women’s Leadership Forum.

Ms. Smith earned a B.S. in civil engineering, a masters of engineering, and a Ph.D. in bioengineering, all from the University of Utah. She has also authored several peer-reviewed publications, was previously a licensed professional engineer, and holds a U.S. regulatory affairs certification.
