Saptarshi Lahiri

Saptarshi Lahiri began their work experience in 2005 as a Team Leader at ICICI Securities Ltd. Saptarshi then worked as a Relationship Manager at Orient Finance LLC from 2008 to 2010. Following that, they joined Peerless Securities Ltd as a Relationship Manager, where they were responsible for customer relationship management, business development, advising clients on investment portfolios, and managing basic compliance and legal issues.

In 2011, Saptarshi became the Operation Manager - PMS Division at SKS Capital and Research Pvt. Ltd., overseeing fund and cash reports, cash flow projections, and loan evaluations. Saptarshi joined Integra Micro Systems Pvt Ltd in 2013 as the State Operations Manager in West Bengal, managing the Financial Inclusion project and driving business development. Later, they became the Zonal Manager, overseeing the Financial Inclusion Project for clients in the East Zone.

Currently, Saptarshi is the Chief Segment Manager at Integra Micro Systems Pvt Ltd, where they are responsible for growing the corporate agency insurance business throughout India and expanding the portfolio by introducing new insurers and products. Saptarshi aims to enhance sales and increase profitability and revenue.

Saptarshi Lahiri completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting from Calcutta University in Kolkata. Saptarshi started their undergraduate studies in 1999, and the end date is not provided.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Saptarshi went on to pursue an MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Finance and Business Administration from U.P Technical University. Saptarshi attended this program from 2002 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Saptarshi has obtained several certifications. Saptarshi became a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India in September 2022. In June 2017, they completed the ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management System Internal Auditor Program.

Saptarshi also holds a Certified Associate designation from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance, which they obtained in October 2011. Furthermore, they achieved an A Level certification from DOEACC in April 2001.
