Andrew Riddock

Andrew Riddock is an experienced professional with a background in customer service and claims resolution. Currently serving as a Claims Resolution Specialist and previously as a Customer Service Representative at Integra Partners since May 2019, Andrew has built a comprehensive skill set in client relations. Prior experience includes roles as a Floor Supervisor, Team Lead/Trainer, and Call Center Agent at Dynamic BDC from April 2018 to May 2019, as well as a Sales Consultant at The Suburban Collection, an Account Specialist at Rock Connections, and a Manager at Jets Pizza. Andrew holds an Associate’s degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Macomb Community College, attained between 2011 and 2015.
