Kathryn Butch has extensive experience in management and claims resolution, currently serving as a Bodily Injury Claims Resolution Specialist II and Casualty Claims Team Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance since July 2017. Prior to this, Kathryn was a Center Director at KinderCare, where achievements included increasing enrollment by 37% and significantly reducing accounts receivable. Kathryn’s previous roles also include Store Manager and Assistant Manager at Tilly's, with a proven track record of store performance improvement and team development, and a Sales Lead position at Bath & Body Works. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Rowan University, earned in 2011.
