Prior to that, they worked at AT&T (Ameritech) as an Information Technology Lead, managing network systems, email, and quality assurance for a large client base.

Ted's career began at the Central Intelligence Agency, where they served as a Database Manager and Project Manager from May 1985 to January 1989.
