Walter Winius

Walter "Tres" Winius, III, MAI, FRICS, is a seasoned professional in the real estate appraisal industry with extensive experience at Integra Realty Resources - Phoenix since 1986, where roles have included Principal, Senior Managing Director, and Director. Additionally, Winius served as Senior Managing Director at the Appraisal Institute from 1999 to 2013. Winius holds dual degrees in Business and an MBA with a specialization in Real Estate from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
