Jonah Frohlich

Jonah Frohlich helps health care organizations with strategy, policy, and regulatory advice. His work spans health systems and academic medical centers, health plans, state governments, and philanthropic organizations. Jonah’s experience has enabled physician-hospital integration and aligned IT, clinical, financial, and administrative services. His extensive career includes roles as the deputy secretary of health information technology at the California Health and Human Services Agency, and senior program officer with the California Health Care Foundation. Jonah is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, and holds an MPH in Health Policy and Management.
