Kathleen Kernan

Kathleen Kernan has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kathleen started their career as a Chemistry Teacher at the Greater Egg Harbor Regional High School District in 2014 and later moved on to teach Chemistry at the Black Horse Pike Regional School District until 2018. In 2016, they also worked as a Heineken Brand Ambassador at Havas Street for a year. In the field of sales, Kathleen worked as an Account Manager at Chemglass Life Sciences from 2019 to 2020, where they achieved annual sales of over $2 million in 2019. Currently, they are serving as an Account Manager at INTEGRA Biosciences, where they successfully grew their territory by 120% in 2021 and received the Highest Territory Growth Award. Prior to their teaching career and sales roles, Kathleen gained experience in chemical preparation and lab safety as a Chemistry Prep at Stockton University. Additionally, they worked as a Cape Conservation Intern at the New Jersey Division of Fish and Wildlife in 2011, collecting data on the food supply for endangered red knot birds.

Kathleen Kernan earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Stockton University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences at Rowan University from 2017 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Kathleen also obtained certifications as a Teacher of Biological Sciences and Teacher of Chemistry from the NJ Department of Education State Board of Examiners in February 2014.
