Lou Spiridigliozzi has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Lou is currently the Head of Engineering US at INTEGRA Biosciences. Prior to this role, they held positions at Quanterix, where they served as the VP of Engineering and Senior Director of Engineering. Before Quanterix, Lou worked at PerkinElmer, Inc. as the Director of Global Product Lifecycle Engineering and the Sr. Manager of Process and Manufacturing Engineering. Lou also held the position of V.P. of Operations at Cambridge Research & Instrumentation, which was later acquired by PerkinElmer. Lou's earlier career includes roles at Panasonic USA, Quantum (acquired by Panasonic), Digital Equipment Corporation (acquired by Quantum), and Teradyne. Lou started their career as an Engineer at the U.S. Army Materials Technology Laboratory.
Lou Spiridigliozzi has an extensive education history. Lou pursued their undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from 1982 to 1986. Later, they furthered their studies at MIT and obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from 1986 to 1987. Following this, they continued their education at MIT and completed another Master's degree, this time in Material Science and Engineering, from 1990 to 1992. Concurrently, during the same period, they also attended the MIT Sloan School of Management and obtained an MBA degree.
