Kate Esterman

Kate Esterman is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Integral Ad Science since December 2021, after previously holding the role of Manager, Talent Acquisition. At Integral Ad Science, Kate contributes to a leading global media measurement and optimization platform that enhances ad performance for major advertisers and publishers. Prior to this, Kate worked at Mastercard as Manager, Talent Acquisition, where the focus was on fostering an inclusive digital economy. Additional experience includes roles at Applied Predictive Technologies as Senior Corporate Recruiter, Grant Thornton LLP as University Recruiter, and TalentFoot Executive Search as Associate Partner. Kate began career experience at State Farm Insurance as an Architecture Intern. Educational background includes a B.S. in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
