Chad Herrin

Chad Herrin is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in corporate development and strategic financial consulting. Herrin served as CFO and Corporate Development Consultant at Integral Development Corp. from August 2022 to August 2023, where advisory efforts on SaaS offerings and M&A strategy culminated in successful financing. Following that role, Herrin was a Fractional CFO at FLI MD, from November 2023 to June 2024, aiding in company formation and operational setup. Additionally, Herrin oversaw financial operations at Stella & Dot from November 2022 to November 2023, managing legal, tax, audit, and corporate development initiatives, including the sale of EVER.com.
