Kristen Mullins

Kristen Mullins, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Integral Federal, Inc., where the focus is on partnering with federal defense, intelligence, and civilian leaders to address critical challenges. Prior to this role, Kristen was the Chief Human Resources Officer at HighPoint Global, enhancing government-citizen interactions. Kristen also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at OCEUS Networks, overseeing HR and recruitment efforts, while coordinating security and facility functions. Earlier experience includes HR Operations Manager at Grant Thornton, managing HR operations for a large consulting group, and Deputy Director of Human Resources at L-3 Communications, where Kristen handled mergers and acquisitions compliance and managed a team. Kristen holds a Master of Science in Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Mary Washington.
