James has over 12 years of experience as a mechanical engineer in a wide range of building facilities including institutional buildings, healthcare facilities, laboratories, and data centers. In addition to leading the design of mechanical services, James has been responsible for managing large multi-discipline project teams from coordination, budgeting, programming, and resourcing. His expertise includes detailed design and documentation of mechanical services within critical specialized facilities, with both local and international experience in healthcare and research laboratories.
