Shane Esmore

Shane Esmore is the National Sustainability Lead for Property & Buildings at GHD, where they have been leading efforts since 2023. Previously, Shane held the role of Director at Umow Lai, contributing to the company from 2004 to the present, and served as Principal at Integral Group from 2019 to 2021. Their earlier experience includes a position as Director and Principal Sustainability Consultant at Umow Lai Pty Ltd from 2003 to 2022 and as a Mechanical Engineer at WSP Lincolne Scott from 1992 to 1997. Shane holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with Honours from the University of Melbourne, obtained in 1991, and completed their VCE at St Arnaud High School in 1987.
