Brenda Richy

Brenda Richy has 30 years of experience working in the senior living industry. She began her career as a director of Operations in the home health industry. Over the course of Brenda’s career, she has served seniors through a variety of operational roles, including business development and sales. Brenda discovered her passion for senior engagement and programming through these roles, working with her teams to ensure residents were living their most vibrant lives. Brenda has created training programs to elevate activity professionals and cutting-edge programming to meet the needs of seniors. She joined Integral Senior Living as our regional director of Resident Programming at Solstice Senior Living and was quickly promoted to national director of Resident Programming.
