Courtney Lane

Courtney Lane is an experienced professional in the senior living industry, currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Operations at Integral Senior Living since May 2025. Previously, Courtney held key leadership roles at MBK Senior Living from February 2019 to April 2025, including Regional Director of Operations and Executive Director. Prior to that, Courtney worked at Milestone Retirement Communities from September 2015 to February 2019 as Associate Executive Director and Business Office Manager. Courtney earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from California State University-Sacramento, completing studies from 2012 to 2017.
