Rob Allen

Rob Allen has extensive work experience in the senior living industry. Rob started their career in 1990 at Valley Christian High School, where they held various roles including Vice Principal, School Development & Marketing Director, Teacher, and Coach. In 2007, they transitioned to Kisco Senior Living as an Executive Director and worked there until 2011. Rob then joined Emeritus as an Executive Director for a year before moving to Oakmont Senior Living in 2012, where they served as an Executive Director until 2014. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Vice President of Operations at Integral Senior Living, a role they have been in since 2014.

Rob Allen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from San Jose State University.
