Rocky Goins

Rocky Goins serves as President of Leading Light Development and Construction Consulting, a role initiated in January 2016, providing real estate development and project management services, primarily in the senior living sector. Concurrently, Rocky has held the position of Land Acquisition Manager at Integral Senior Living since November 2021. Previous significant roles include Senior Vice President of Development at Enlivant, Vice President of Development at Senior Star Management Company, and Senior Vice President of Development and Construction at Sunrise Senior Living, among others. Rocky's early career included impactful roles with Erickson Living and The Rouse Company. Rocky holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA in Advanced Management/Organizational Behavior from The Johns Hopkins University. Additionally, Rocky gained relevant experience in the US Navy as a Civil Engineer Corps Officer, completing over 60 construction contracts.
