Tina Schachter

Tina Schachter joined ISL in 2019 and brings over 16 years of senior living experience. After graduating from Barat College in Lake Forest, Ill., with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management, Tina decided to take a job in the hospitality industry. She was an executive director during this time but ended up finding a passion in sales.

At ISL, she enjoys training and supporting her sales teams all while using her favorite ISL Culture Keeper, “Work smarter, not harder.” Over the years, Tina became a Certified Dementia Practitioner and a Board-Certified Patient Advocate, and she recently passed the Illinois Real Estate Exam.

In her spare time, she dabbles in looking at real estate, decorating, dancing, reading, swimming, shopping and trying new restaurants.
