Lorian Magdy

Lorian Magdy has a diverse work experience in the field of talent management and HR. They have served as a Talent Management Lead & HR Business Partner for Integrant, Inc., where they focused on tech roles in Egypt, the US, and Jordan. Prior to that, Lorian worked as a Talent Acquisition Principal for the same company, handling various technical positions and responsibilities. Before joining Integrant, Inc., they worked at Ingram Micro as a Regional Talent Acquisition & Development Lead, covering a wide range of IT roles in the META region. Additionally, Lorian served as a Recruitment Consultant and Senior Human Resources professional at Majorel.

Lorian Magdy earned a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Helwan University Cairo between 2013 and 2017. Prior to that, Lorian attended Saint Mary Sister's Language School from 1999 to 2013. Additionally, Lorian has obtained various certifications from Udemy, including "Building Visibility in the Remote & Hybrid Workplace" and "OKR Goal Setting A-Z: How To Set, Track & Achieve Goals" in 2024, and certifications in anxiety reduction, positive psychology, diversity psychology, and interview training in 2023.
