Arathi Rajagopalan

Arathi Rajagopalan is the CEO and President at Integrass. Arathi has over 22 years of experience in project management, with a focus on delivering projects within cost and on schedule with high quality. Arathi has managed project teams of 10-60 team members on various high volume projects, and is responsible for all project management tasks such as resources, costs, WBS, schedules, tasks, and prioritized projects for development, delivery, and deployment.

Rajagopalan has a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Some of their notable projects include the Nationwide Insurance project, the Metropolitan Bank Group Consolidation/ Merger, and the Migration of Signature Communicator to ETG ESF. Arathi is also experienced in developing and managing vendor relationships to ensure product support and knowledge transfer to staff.

Arathi has developed partnership with management in other business units and identify strategic human capital solutions that support the current and future needs of the business. Arathi Rajagopalan has a Masters in Electrical & Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso and a BS in Electronics & Engineering from VISVESWARAIAH TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY, INDIA. Arathi is also PMP Certified from the Project Management Institute.
