Rachel Jacobson

Rachel Jacobson is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at integrate.ai, Rachel has held various senior roles in people and culture, including positions at Blue Ant Media and QuickPlay Media, where leadership in global human resources operations and organizational transformation was emphasized. Prior to these roles, Rachel worked at Motricity as Vice President of Human Resources, playing a key role in managing HR operations across multiple regions. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Adenyo and Virgin Mobile, as well as early career work at Eagle Professional Resources. Rachel's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Western University, multiple certificates in executive coaching, and diversity and inclusion, along with a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources Management.
