Heather Stocking

Heather Stocking, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Fractional HR Consultant at Integrate Human Resources, assisting small businesses in identifying and meeting organizational needs through the Integrate360 Framework. Previously, Heather held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Shaw Electric Inc, where responsibilities included overseeing HR operations, developing strategic recruitment and retention initiatives, and delivering essential training to staff. As Director of Human Resources for Bettendorf Community School District, Heather provided executive coaching, managed staffing and compliance, and led career development initiatives. Past roles also include contributing writer for Quad City Moms Blog, Executive Director for Student Hunger Drive, and Career Counselor at St. Ambrose University. Heather obtained a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from St. Ambrose University and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication, Spanish, and Sociology from Augustana College.
