Christina DeOliveira, MBA, CPC, ELI-MP, is an experienced consultant and educator specializing in human resources and organizational performance. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Performance Continuum Management Consulting since June 2012, Christina leads a boutique consultancy focused on talent-centric solutions. Currently serving as a Fractional HR Strategy Consultant at Monarch Consulting and a Global Founding Partner at THREE International, Christina also teaches Human Resources Management Certification courses at County College of Morris.
