Steph Newth has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Steph began their career as a Client Coordinator at YSC in 2011 before transitioning to the role of Client Business Manager in 2012. From 2012 to 2016, Steph worked as the Operations & Resourcing Manager at YSC while also taking part in international travel throughout South America, New Zealand, Australia, and South East Asia. After leaving YSC, they joined Marshall McAdam as a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in finance and accounting. In 2018, Steph became a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Morgan McKinley, partnering with leaders in the Australian business to attract and retain talented individuals. Steph then worked at dentsu international as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Recruitment Operations Manager before joining Rethink as the Head of Talent Acquisition in 2022. Steph's experience encompasses a range of industries and positions, demonstrating their versatility and expertise in talent acquisition.

Steph Newth completed a Foundation diploma in HR Practice from CIPD Qualifications, which they obtained in 2021. Prior to that, they attended the University of York from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Politics, Philosophy & Economics. Additionally, Steph has a certification from CIPD, obtained in August 2021.
