Sarit Z Rogers is an experienced professional in the fields of somatic therapy and photography, currently serving as a Community Advisor at Integrate Trauma Informed Network since April 2023. At Polaris Teen Center, Sarit has been a Somatic Practitioner since October 2021, providing individual sessions and leading a weekly skills-based somatic group. As a Professional Photographer under Sarit Photography since June 2006, Sarit specializes in capturing musicians, yogis, portraits, and families using both 35mm and medium format cameras. Past roles include Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher in correctional facilities from January 2015 to December 2022, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner at Reconnect Integrative Trauma Healing Center and Polaris Teen Center, and New Media Manager at Visions Adolescent Treatment Centers. Sarit holds a degree in Somatic Experiencing Practitioner from the Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute and has pursued studies in Photography, Literature, and Women's Studies at Santa Monica College.
