Ishmael Quaye has over 10 years of work experience. Ishmael began their career in 2001 working as a Security Systems Installer for Delta Security Services. In this role, they were responsible for installations of CCTV, intruder alarms, access controls, panic switches smoke detectors, providing data collection support, and monitoring the collation of crime data. In 2008, Quaye began working for IAS as a Customer Coordinator and Sales Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for marketing of fuel dispensers, generators and mining equipment, researching, preparing, and overseeing all proposals that are submitted, and coordinating training on projects/contracts processes and responsibilities. In 2010, Quaye began working for Industrial and Allied Service as a Customer Service Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for handling of maintenance issues for shell Retail, Commercial and mining outlets, making sure quotations are submitted, approved and processed on time, doing follow ups and collecting payment advices, and taking note of all faults reported by shell retailing outlets and forwarding them IAS to resolve.

Ishmael Quaye's education history includes attending Methodist University College of Ghana from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a 1st degree in Information Technology. Ishmael then attended Accra Polytechnic and obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Ishmael later returned to Methodist University College of Ghana and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2012 and a Bachelor of Science in IT.
