Francisco Rosales-Perez earned his B.S. in nutrition science and dietetics at California State University, Los Angeles. His research interests include diet-related disparities, prevalence of diabetes among Hispanic/Latinx populations, and the role of mobile technology on promoting healthy diets through nutrition education. Francisco serves on the Board of Directors as Secretary. In addition, he provides consultation to bi-lingual early care and education providers using SaaS for program management. His goal is to also support the growth of IBHRI while engaging communities as stakeholders in behavioral health research. He is employed at Bevaris, Inc., a Los Angeles-based food service company that coordinates and oversees nutrition programming and food service health & safety in private K-12 schools in the Los Angeles metropolitan area.
